HB 275 Caption: Relating to limiting the provisions of this Act to the counties of Jack, Young, Stephens, Palo Pinto, Erath and Hood, making it unlawful, except under the provisions of this Act, for any person to hunt, take, kill or possess any game bird or game animal in said counties at any time; providing penalties.

HB 427 Caption: Relating to closing Palo Pinto and Stephens Counties to turkey hunting for a period of two (2) years; prescribing a penalty for violation of this Act.
HB 623 Caption: Relating to authorizing the Board of Insurance Commissioners to make or approve and promulgate raring plans designed to encourage the prevention of accidents, to recognize the peculiar hazards of individual risks and to take account of interstate as well as intrastate experience, including premium discount plans or formulas which may be applicable on an optional basis and apply prospectively or retrospectively for Workmen's Compensation, Motor Vehicle and other lines of Casualty Insurance to be applicable separately for each class of insurance or in combination of two or more such classes; providing that this Act shall be cumulative of existing laws and repealing existing laws so far as same may be in conflict.

HB 389 Caption: Relating to declaring it unlawful to take, hunt, trap, ensnare, kill, or attempt to kill by any means whatsoever, any wild deer, buck, doe, fawn, or wild turkey in Palo Pinto, Stephens, Jones, Shackelford, Erath, and Eastland Counties for a period of two (2) years from and after the passage of this Act; providing for the protection of pastures, crops, property and/or gardens being destroyed by deer; providing a penalty therefor.
