HB 47 Caption: Relating to creating a Criminal District Court for the Counties of Nueces, Kleberg and Kenedy, and to prescribing the jurisdiction thereof as a Criminal Court; and to repeal all laws and parts of laws in conflict.

HB 542 Caption: Relating to providing that in counties of more than ninety-thousand (90,000) inhabitants and less than one hundred and fifty thousand (150,000) inhabitants according to the last preceding or any future Federal Census and having an assessed valuation on property for ad valorem tax purposes of more than One Hundred and Twenty-Five Million Dollars ($125,000,000) that the Commissioners Court shall fix the salaries of the commissioners of drainage districts; providing a severability clause.
HB 543 Caption: Relating to authorizing Commissioners Courts to purchase, build, or construct buildings and other permanent improvements to be used for annual exhibits of horticultural and agricultural products, and/or livestock and mineral products of the county, and providing for the location and payment therefor.
HB 665 Caption: Relating to authorizing the Commissioner of the General Land Office to issue permits for geological, geophysical and other surveys and investigations of areas within tidewater limits which are not subject to valid subsisting oil or gas leases; repealing all laws or parts of laws in conflict; providing that if any part of the Act is held invalid, the validity of the other provisions hereof shall not be affected.

HB 476 Caption: Relating to granting to certain corporation courts additional jurisdiction in certain traffic violation cases; providing that if any section, subdivision, or clause of the Act be held invalid the decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of the Act.

HB 693 Caption: Relating to amending a previous Act which provides for the appointment of an assignment for the District Courts in certain Counties; providing that the District Judges in any County having two (2) or more District Courts with civil jurisdiction may appoint an assignment clerk, providing for the salary for such assignment clerk, the term of his office and the conditions of his appointment.
