HB 19 Caption: Relating to repealing the "Motor Vehicle Compulsory Inspection Act."
HB 257 Caption: Relating to providing for and regulating working hours of firemen in cities having a population of ten thousand (10,000) inhabitants or more; providing certain penalties.
HB 314 Caption: Relating to amending certain Acts to include ambulances, and emergency vehicles of municipal departments and public service corporations designated by governing bodies of incorporated cities, within the definition of "Authorized Emergency Vehicle."

HB 163 Caption: Relating to amending a previous Act, relative to regulating petitions in suits for divorce, to require such petitions to state whether there are children, either born or adopted, under sixteen (16) years of age or an unborn child or children expected and if so, to give full information as to such minors, making it the duty of the Courts having jurisdiction of such suits to inquire into the status of such children, if divorce be granted; empowering such Courts to make orders and decrees for their support and maintenance until they reach sixteen (16) years of age.
HB 499 Caption: Relating to providing for a processing tax of two cents (2ยข) per gallon on all combustible condensates, such as refined gasoline, naptha, casinghead gasoline, natural gasoline, drip gasoline, and all other combustible condensates of crude petroleum, natural gas, etc.; providing for certain penalties; repealing all laws or parts of laws in conflict; providing a saving clause.
HB 732 Caption: Relating to levying a tax upon the gross receipts of all insurance companies not organized under the Laws of this State; allocating such revenue to aid public school teacher's salaries; requiring a bond of all such companies.
HB 752 Caption: Relating to amending a previous Act, making it a penal offense for any person to cause, encourage, or contribute to the delinquency of any female child under the age of 18 years, or any male child under the age of 17 years.

HB 237 Caption: Relating to appropriating to the Department of Texas of the United Spanish War Veterans the balance of the fund now in the State Treasury, deposited by the United States in 1898 with the State of Texas to pay the enlisted men who entered the Volunteer Army of the War with Spain.
HB 354 Caption: Relating to making it unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to engage in the business of buying, selling, exchanging, or otherwise dealing in automobiles, trucks, motorcycles, or other motor vehicles, for profit, whether by wholesale or retail, in the State of Texas, without first having procured a license for each separate place of business in the State from the Comptroller of Public Accounts of the State of Texas; prescribing penalties; providing a saving clause.
HB 550 Caption: Relating to defining the terms "owner", operator", "coin-operated machine", "merchandise or music coin-operated machines", "skill or pleasure coin-operated machines"; levying a gross receipts tax upon the operations of such machines; providing a penalty.
