HB 36 Caption: Relating to declaring public policy and purpose; defining terms; prohibiting certain strikes and picketing; providing for requests for and holding of certification elections to determine collective bargaining representatives; empowering the Commissioner of the Bureau of Labor Statistics to investigate petitions for and conduct certification elections.

HB 782 Caption: Relating to amending certain Statutes relative to the authority of Commissioners Courts in counties having a population of not less than one hundred and ninety thousand (190,000) according to the last preceding or any future Federal Census to regulate the construction of roads or streets in subdivisions situated outside of the boundaries of incorporated towns or cities in such counties so as to provide that no map or plat or any such subdivision shall be filed or recorded until approved and authorized by the Commissioners Court; providing that no map or plat of any such subdivision which is situated within five (5) miles of the corporate limits of any incorporated town or city shall be filed or recorded until the same is approved and authorized by both the Commissioners Court and the governing body of such incorporated town or city.
HB 788 Caption: Relating to prohibiting the sale or use of fireworks in counties of this state having populations of more than four hundred and fifty thousand and less than five hundred and fifty thousand persons according to the last preceding federal census, except for certain public displays.
