HB 365 Caption: Relating to amending certain acts so as to provide that each person re-registering with the State Board of Naturopathic Examiners shall pay an annual re-registration fee to said Board of not less than Five Dollars ($5) and not more than Twenty-five Dollars ($25), and to provide that said Board shall determine the amount of such re-registration fee for each coming year on or before December 15th of each year, and to require said Board to mail notices thereon each year by that date.
HB 480 Caption: Relating to amending certain acts so as to raise the amount of fees charged for the operation of music coin-operated and coin-operated machines.
HB 484 Caption: Relating to amending certain acts by providing that the manager or operator of a bus line for compensation in the State of Texas shall provide sanitary toilet accommodations on the buses used in such operation and that the human excreta from such accommodation shall not be deposited upon the roads, highways, streets or other property within the State of Texas; that there shall be separate accommodations for men and women; and, that the accommodations shall meet the standards established by the Texas State Department of Health.
HB 587 Caption: Relating to amending the Texas Liquor Control Act, so as to give the Board the power to adopt rules and regulations relative to the manner and method of collecting taxes on wine including the power to determine whether or not stamps shall be affixed to the containers.
HB 644 Caption: Relating to levying an occupation tax upon punch boards, defining that and other terms; providing for the payment of such tax; the keeping of records; the exhibiting of sticker tags; the making of rules and regulations to enforce the collection of the tax; providing a penalty.

HB 743 Caption: Relating to requiring each person who is holding land openly and in peaceable and adverse possession to file his intention to hold such land with the Office of County Clerk of the county in which the land is situated before limitation will begin to run against the person having title to such property under a deed or deeds duly recorded; providing this Act shall be cumulative.
HB 829 Caption: Relating to amending a previous Act, raise the amount of fees charged for the operation of music coin operated machines and coin operated machines.

HB 85 Caption: Relating to creating a Burial Association Rate Board, providing for their appointment, compensation, duties, and term of office, giving such Board authority to make and promulgate rates schedules to be charged by Burial Associations and requiring all Burial Association rates to be within the limits fixed by said Board; making it unlawful for any person, officer, agent, or employee of a Burial association to charge, receive, or collect any premium or assessment other than the legal one, and fixing a penalty for a violation of such provision.
HB 282 Caption: Relating to amending a previous Act, relating to what a policy of life insurance shall contain; providing that this Act shall take effect January 1, 1948.

HB 851 Caption: Relating to regulating the dimming of front lighted lamps on motor vehicles being driven or operated on any public highway of this State during one-half hour after sunset to one-half hour before sunrise; providing penalties for violating any of the provisions of this Act.
