HB 57 Caption: Relating to amending Statutes to remove age and other restrictions as to receiving of pensions by Confederate Veterans and their widows, and to increase the amount of payments; removing the requirement of indigency as a qualification for such pensions.
HB 387 Caption: Relating to preventing false or fraudulent claims, and false or fraudulent proof in support of a loss or other benefits upon a contract of insurance; providing for a penalty for violation of this Act.
