HB 57	Caption: Relating to amending Statutes to remove age and other restrictions as to receiving of pensions by Confederate Veterans and their widows, and to increase the amount of payments; removing the requirement of indigency as a qualification for such pensions.
HB 387	Caption: Relating to preventing false or fraudulent claims, and false or fraudulent proof in support of a loss or other benefits upon a contract of insurance; providing for a penalty for violation of this Act.
HB 388	Caption: Relating to requiring the fingerprinting, identification and reporting of all felony cases in which the defendant seeks, or is afforded, the benefits of the Suspended Sentence Laws and the Adult Probation and Parole Law of this State; providing that the fingerprinting of the defendant and the reporting to the Department of Public Safety of such cases shall be a prerequisite to the granting of a suspended sentence, probated sentence, or the probation of the defendant.
