HB 9 Caption: Relating to authorizing and directing the Board of Regents of The University of Texas to establish a Medical Branch or Department of The University of Texas within the County of Bexar, State of Texas, to be known as The South Texas Medical School.
HB 21 Caption: Relating to dealing with weight limits of motor vehicles and combinations thereof; providing that this Act shall take effect and be in force on and after January 1, 1960.

HB 771 Caption: Relating to amending the Texas Liquor Control Act so as to provide that the Board or Administration may refuse an application for or may cancel or suspend Retail Dealer's On Premise Beer Licenses or Wine and Beer Retailer's Permits upon finding that operators of coin operated machines or devices have an undisclosed financial interest in the business of such licensee or permittee; defining financial interest; making it unlawful for such operators to lend money or other things of value to any such licensee or permittee; providing for exceptions; repealing laws in conflict herewith to the extent of such conflict; providing a savings clause.
