1.	Inquire into the matter of an article in the Galveston News, dated January 24, 1879, headed, "Sixteenth Legislature," column second, first page, in which there is claimed an expose of the secret session of this Senate. *
2.	Inquire into and ascertain whether rules 84 and 85 (executive session) have been violated and by whom, relating to confirmation of John B. Jones, as adjutant general. *
