Charges:	This report should address the charges below.
1.	To ascertain the names of all appointive employees, the method and manner of their appointment and everything connected therewith.
2.	To ascertain the date of each of said appointments, the salary received by each and the number of days they have been excused by the Speaker.
3.	To ascertain the total amount of employees now retained.
4.	To make a report within one week with such recommendations as the committee deems proper.
