| 2. | The Committee shall study (1) commission rules and policies, (2) enforcement practices, (3) procedures in notifying licensees of their rights and responsibilities, (4) hearing procedures, (5) methods of providing greater service and equal protection and consideration to those under the jurisdiction of the Alcoholic Beverage Commission, and (6) any other related matter that the committee shall deem important in making a comprehensive report to the legislature. | |
