Appointed by Lieutenant Governor 2/9/1929 pursuant to SCR 14 by Hardin. On 2/14/1929 Lieutenant Governor appointed Sen. Thomason to replace Sen. Moore, who had resigned. Appointed by Speaker on 2/8/1929. On 2/14/1929 Speaker appointed Rep. Warwick to replace Mrs. Moore, who had resigned. Report also found at H.J. of Tex., 41st Leg., R.S. 1129 (1929)
