  • Make a study of rules and regulations in force relating to the production of natural gas at the wellhead and the metering of gas and study the production of oil in the bays, estuaries, and along the Gulf Coast of Texas, looking to the need for new or modified rules and regulations to provide full protection to Texas citizens for both their health and safety and the preservation of the oil and gas resources of Texas.
