SB 427, 46th R.S.
Relating to making appropriations for the support and maintenance of the executive and administrative departments and agencies of the State Government for the two-year period beginning September 1, 1939, and ending August 31, 1941, and for other purposes; making it unlawful to use any State-owned automobile in connection with any campaign relating to any measures in which the particular department by which the employee is directly interested and/or in behalf of the election of re-election of any person as head of such department; prescribing procedure and penalties for violation of this Act.
