SB 401, 54th R.S.
Relating to providing for continuation of the office of county superintendent of public instruction where it exists in counties having a scholastic population of less than seventeen hundred (1700) but more than sixteen hundred eighty five (1685), unless abolished by vote of qualified property tax paying voters of the county at an election called upon petition of qualified voters; providing the effective date of such abolishment; repealing conflicting laws.
