Relating to amending certain Statutes by providing for the maximum compensation of County officials in any County where the population is not less than ten thousand two hundred and fifty (10,250) inhabitants, more more than ten thousand three hundred and fifty (10,350) inhabitants, according to the last preceding Federal Census, and which has a tax valuation of not less than Thirteen Million One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($13,100,000.00) Dollars, according to the last approved tax roll.
