Relating to amending a certain Article of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure; salaries and per diem of district attorneys in all judicial districts composed of two or more counties, and providing that such district attorneys shall receive pay for each day of service in the necessary discharge of their official duties, and for each day they represent the State in specified capacities.
