An act creating the West Columbia Independent School District in Brazoria County, Texas; defining its boundaries, including the present Common School District No. 16 in Brazoria County, Texas; providing for a board of trustee in said district, conferring upon said district and its boards of trustees all the rights, powers, privileges and duties now conferred and imposed by the General Laws of the State of Texas upon independent school districts and the boards of trustees t hereof.
