Relating to amending Article 2439, of Chapter 1, of Title XLV (45) of the Revised Statutes, in reference to fees of office to be charged and collected by certain State officers, as amended by Chapter 91 of the General Laws of the Regular Session of the Twenty-ninth Legislature, as amended by Chapter 22 of the General Laws of the First Called Session of the Thirtieth Legislature, relating to the fees charged by the Secretary of State for charters and permits.
