The committee shall conduct all inquiries into the 2024 Panhandle wildfires, including investigating:
(1) factors contributing to the wildfires;
(2) allocation of resources to and effectiveness of wildfire disaster preparedness and response; and
(3) coordination between local, state, and federal governmental entities with regard to wildfire prevention, disaster preparedness, and response.
